Instructions:

Please have the pool liner hung and liner vacuums in position by 10 a.m. the morning of vinyl covered step install. Please do not cut in main drain, lights, etc. Please do not proceed with filling the pool with water until welding of vinyl over stairs is complete. If you begin to fill the pool before or during the process, you run the risk of being left with wrinkles and we can not be held responsible. If the liner is not ready and our crew has to wait, we will assess a fee of $80 per hour (plus H.S.T.) that our crew is delayed.

If treads of the steps are concrete, the concrete must be 100% cured. If moisture is in the concrete, we will not be able to adhere the vinyl to the concrete.

If you need to reschedule or cancel the vinyl covered step install for any reason, please contact us at 905-541-4067 or 905-827-0725 or toll free at 1-877-Fix-A-Rip (1-877-349-2747) at least 48 hours before the install date. If we are not given 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of $350.00 (plus H.S.T.) will apply plus applicable travel costs if we arrive at job-site without any cancellation notice.

Please e-mail this completed form to service@vinylmasters.ca. Once we receive this information, we will book the install date for the vinyl covered stairs and contact you to confirm. We will not book an install date until we receive this completed form.

Unavoidable delays may occur due to weather. While we do our best to tarp the area and work through the weather, there may be some instances where the vinyl covered step install will be delayed.
